CANCELLATION POLICY

- No Show, No Calls & Same Day Cancellations : Clients who do not show up to their appointment or cancel on the same day will be charged 100% of the service total. - Late Arrivals : If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and a 60% charge of the scheduled service will apply. There will be a 24 hour grace period where you can cancel/reschedule your appointments. No refunds after services has been completed & after cancellation fees has been placed.
